Once your purchase has been finalized you will receive an email with a link to your files. You may also access your files from your “My Account” page and look for a link called “Downloads”. The purchase offers only one download of each file or product purchased.

This can be a number of problems.

  • We recommend you to start by aligning your printer head on your printer.
  • Check to see if the paper is feeding straight and correctly in your printer.
  • It can be because you are using incorrect paper. If the lines and margins are not comparable to Avery 8160 or Avery 5160 models then it is incorrect paper to use to print the labels.
Please allow up to 72 hours for Production Time.
(Production Times are Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm)
If you place an order on Friday after 6pm, we will not start designing till Monday.

Yes. We use PayPal to process all transaction. All credit card information is never stored on our server. All credit card information is imputed on PayPal servers and never comes to us.
